I brought my new Tesla Model S there for a wash. After vacuuming, they asked me to stay in the car and drive it through the wash since they didn't want to drive my car which I was fine with. While going through the wash I heard a large cracking sound and when the suds cleared I saw my wipers bent and to the left partially hanging off of the car. The manager on duty immediately went into denial mode saying that I brought the car in like that and then said I turned my wipers on, which I didn't and I turned the auto wipers off before entering the wash. The manager on duty was extremely rude and didn't want to call the owner when I asked. Steve who was working the front desk was no help either and said it was my fault and this could never happen there. I stayed there nearly an hour waiting to hear from the owner but that never happened. The blade arm and motor are broken and need to be replaced. They filled out a complaint form and said the owner would call me later that day. Two days later, no call from the owner. I have called 4 times and he is never there. The next day when I called to ask if Frank the owner was there, Steve had the nerve to tell me that with all the "commotion" going on he forgot to make me pay for the wash, which was even more infuriating. What's worse is they didn't touch my car after it came out the wash damaged. The windows and car had water marks and streaks all over it. Even if they didn't think they were at fault, they weren't professional when talking to me and addressing the problem. I'm a business owner and I can't imagine not speaking to a customer whose expensive vehicle was damaged at my business. I've frequented this car wash several times since moving to the area a few years ago but after this experience I will never go back. Unprofessional staff and ownership.
Great experience. Got my car detailed on the interior. Had water stains on the seats and mud on the floor. It looks brand new now! Even the outside looks better! I'll definitely go here from now on!
I have brought my parents cars there to be cleaned and detailed several times over the last few years, always comes out great.
These people locked my keys in my car. Not only did THEY NOT offer to rectify the situation by paying for my wash or offering anything whatsoever but the "supervisor" whom I didn't even ask for asked if I was local and if a family member would take time out of their day to come bring me my spare key. NO ONE EVEN SAID THEY APOLOGIZE. That's all I wanted was some recognition on their behalf. I will never give another cent of my hard earned money to people who choose to conduct business that way, and I urge you not to either.
I have been going to this car wash for over three years and I go everyday! (No exaggeration). I have the Monthly Membership and I am able to get my car washed once a day which I take full advantage of and I am always treated with kindness and courtesy. If there is ever a problem the staff is more than willing to work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction! They even do a full detail to my cars and this year they did an outstanding job on an exterior detail of my boat! They can take ANYTHING and make it look brand new factory fresh. If you're looking for a carwash this is the one to go to!
