Probably one of the least helpful AT&T stores I've ever experienced. And since they're not even a legitimate AT&T store no other store could cancel my order making the whole process a huge headache that all began with this store and their lack of inventory and willingness to direct me to other stores with the product I was looking for. Would most certainly NOT recommend to anyone looking for quality service.
I want to say how patient Barry Shapiro was doing an account responsibility for me in a difficult situation. He listened to all my needs and spent lots of time. He asked where I worked for a discount and activated DTV NOW to kill down time with free HBO. I will refer Car-tel and Barry to everyone.
Friendly staff. Their level of expertise range from good to fantastic. But they try their darnest to help. Highly personal approach.
A great experience. Barry and Marcus were awesome. I met Barry at an event and signed up for wireless from verizon and direct tv. Happy to refer to friends & family.
I definitely give this store 5 stars! First the location is perfect! It's so easy to drive to and very close to my house in Warminster! I had no idea it existed until I went to the AT&T store on line looking for a particular colored iPhone. This store had all the colors. The selection was incredible! The service was even more spectacular! Chelsea was amazing! She helped me with my upgrade and showed me different features in a way that I could understand! She's friendly and fun and made me so glad that I found this store!!! I recommend this store highly because purchasing a phone is a big deal for me and they understand that. I was not rushed and I didn't have to wait for someone to help me. I will be back for an upgrade in two years!!! Thank you Chelsea and AT&T for the positive experience!!! It made my day! Oh! And I love the phone too!!!
