Excellent customer service by top notch employees
Angela's actions today definitely tell me that Td bank in Richboro and their employees do not want my business.
This bank is definitely convenient and the employees are nice. Though it's annoying how they always push for you to sign you up for a credit card or get another account especially when their rates for the various interest accounts are mediocre. I've had my checking account with TD in good standing since I was 15. When I turned 18, I applied for a basic low credit line credit card and they denied me. Now they constantly try to sell me their card. No thanks...
I got in for business but nobody was available. I stayed for a while, and here a meany, full of hate employee who seems that never felt what's a customer service is. Instead of giving an excuse why none of the staff was available, he tried to talk thought to cover up. Low quality place, low life person...
This bank branch is understaffed and service can be a bit slow at times. This is not the managers fault. It comes down from the corporate big wigs to save money. They have given up the slogan of "Best Service" for corporate greed!!! Yes... I said GREED, not green!!!
In this economy where business are closing you would think that the Td bank in Richboro would value their clients and strive to provide at least average customer service.
Terrible customer service. The disrespectful and condescending way in which the "Head Teller" Angela treated me today was not professional, not polite nor acceptable. She totally embarrassed me in front of the other bank employees and other bank clients.
Suffice to say I will be closing all of my accounts there.
