I just spent 54 minutes with their customer service people and all they could say is I'm typing my mobile banking password in wrong. it's the same password that I use for my online banking, William Penn does not give you a choice of having multiple passwords. My password works online but not in their mobile banking app. It seems if their help desk can't figure it out then it must be the customers fault.
